In this video my routine was:
Cardio: 15min either stair master, cycling, or elliptical
Squats: 3 sets of 12 starting with heaviest weight first and working my way down, I find it much easier to finish slow and strong when doing that.
Leg Press: 3 sets of 15, I do each leg individually. Heavy first work my way down.
Kickbacks: 3 sets of 12
Same same, but different.
